have 20 years of experience creating and growing first-of-their-kind consumer and enterprise businesses across Asia, Europe and the US. My areas of focus are: service & program strategy, development and roll-out. I have built and led product and ops teams in multiple categories and markets. Bottom line: I have seen a lot and done a lot, which enables me to come up with creative solutions and be efficient. I partner very well with big picture, divergent thinkers to help to break big ideas into bite size pieces.

My priority is working on things that enhance people's lives, such as: early education services that instill a love of learning in children, an engagement platform that helps universities create a more successful college experience, tools for designing a better place to work and strategies to ensure the less experienced [legal] Cannabis consumer gets the best possible product recommendation.

The Walt Disney Company built their first ever extracurricular language schools for kids aged 2-12 in China. The in-house developed pedagogy is founded on using the power of storytelling to engage learners. I was Director of Operations and helped grow the business to 45 locations over 5 years with multiple product lines and 35,000 kids attending classes each week.
